Hi Everyone been out of the loop for a couple years and just wondering if there were going to be Shooters calendars made This year and sent out or able to pick up at a club .
They sure were nice back in the day like to see it come back Thanks for the time ;
James Droster / JDHOG …I heard it’s no longer being sent out because the WTA wanted to go all digital. I don’t see anything in the meeting minutes about this decision, so I’m curious as to the logic behind it. The calendar was the primary vehicle for clubs to get their programs into the hands of shooters, and I don’t see any digital alternative for that as of yet.
The shoot dates look to be mostly loaded into the Google calendar at this link (there’s also two shoot programs for Fox Valley and Janesville linked there): http://forumarchive.witrapshooters.com/shoots/shoot-calendar/
Correct, a shoot calendar will not be published. All of the dates are posted on the calendar view. I also just published the “sheet” that was always included in the calendar that shows all of the shoot dates on a single piece of paper. It is current as of today, 03/17/24.
Thanks AMY just been awhile sense i was shooting was hoping for a calendar again but this will work ..Looks like alot of the old places to shoot are no longer holding shoots any more bummer ..
