April 30, 2016 minutes are posted. Either click this link Minutes, or go to the News tab.
The minutes as posted are not correct. Specifically, the area as it relates to the state shoot and the labor. Kevin stated that money went to the school and the kids were not paid. That is FALSE and simply not true. I know this for a fact as I served as the tournament director for the last 5 years the shoot was at WGC and was responsible for hirering and paying the help for the entire shoot. I would be glad to tell anyone that is interested how I set up the help, the plan for the week, how the fees were determined and the costs associated with the shoot and running of it.

Brad, the minutes are correct as that is what was said, but you are saying the statement from Kevin was wrong.(“the kids did not get paid the school did”) The treasurer only wrote what see heard in the meeting, as that is her job.

You are correct Pete, Maybe not worded as well as could be. My point though is a fact that what Kevin said is not true. The kids did get paid to work the shoots at Waukesha. As I stated I’ll explain the way we did it, what we paid, how it was distributed, etc to anyone who cares to reach out and get the info
