I heard about this a couple of weeks ago. Denny is a fighter and with our prayers he will beat this. So I will pray for you Dennis Gale Taylor today and everyday until this is over. GOD BLESS.
I know I’m with the Muscoda club but the problem with Labor Day week-end is the Heartland Grand. The week-end of Sept 16-17-18 is the best shot and if we keep it on that time annually it could build in to “The midwest event”.

JD hit the link for more info. This page shows 3 motels in Sparta. Since you are planning on making reservations early one of these might have space.
JD Where is the Grand going to be? I heard a lot of scuttle on it not going to happen at Sparta. It is still up in the air as the WSC is still closed ( except for the retail area ). With the anti gun state of Illinois being broke I am not sure it will happen there.
Hi JD Sorry it took so long to back to you but I have not checked this part of the forum. Now to your question.

I’m not a computer geek so I fumbled around till I found it. Somebody else probably would be able to explain it better.Getting things right takes a few things and luck is only part of it. Since this forum started we are seeing the positive things that can be done like let our ideas be known to the Directors. Also we see that this idea of a different date for the Fall Classic will be addressed by the Board which shows us that they listen, they are willing to do something, and last but not least is that the forum works. Glad to have it.
Denny is aware of the talk on date change as I spoke with him yesterday afternoon. I think he is open to a change if this is what the members would like. He did mention Gateway shoot. I still think it would be the right move to put the shoot on Sept. 16-17-18 and leave it in the time frame for next year (Sept 15-16-17 2017).
JD You got it right again. This forum is working great. I just hope it stays like this so we all can communicate and get things done. One more thing Dan try and get some more Directors to get on and things should work like they should members talking to Directors and getting things done.
