In the minutes when talking about the payments to the Nekoosa High school someone makes a motion and then another seconds it.  Neither are a Director.  How can that happen?  Then a vote is taken and 20 people vote.  How does that happen also?  Last I checked only Directors can make motions and vote.  <b></b><i></i><u></u>

Don, I have a question.

During a general membership meeting (as in annual meeting during the State shoot) can / may any member in the meeting make a motion?

If yes,  then the meeting held during the fall classic was published as a general membership meeting not a Board of Directors meeting.

If No, then I have a problem with the current bylaws of the WTA.

October 18th meeting was a general membership meeting. December meeting will be another general membership meeting.

I may have missed the general membership part.   I’m trying to spend as much time at the house up north as I can before my surgery and that means doing most things on my phone.   And that’s a pain.   And Mike is right if it was a general membership meeting.
