I certainly hope you all find the people that you need. The more bodies you have the easier it makes it for everyone involved. Thank you Dick for stepping up.

Almost looks like one has spots. I saw one at Beaverdam last Sunday during the SE zone. Lots of adults up north but no fawns.

Ha. I started running 2.5 miles back in December of 2016 when I started cardiac rehab after my last by-pass surgery. I’m almost half way through it now.

Thanks Amy. Don’t know where you found the time with a kazilion kids there this weekend.

The building looks really great. The one thing that I took away after seeing it in person was the size. I am so glade they went bigger than what was originally planned. I am also glad that the AC will be in before the state shoot. We a due for a hot one.

In case people didn’t notice it but the things sticking up on the north of the walk way are the light posts bases. The fields right by the new building will have lights.

            Great job everyone.

Mike I do believe that only people from the admin. have the ability to post pictures.

Yes the pictures are on my phone since that is what I took them with. So I’ll tell you what. Give me your phone number and I will send them to you. And if you would be so kind to post them for me. I know Amy is busy this week end up at the Homegrounds.

And when it say must stand BEHIND how far is that exactly. 1/1000 of a inch. 6 inches 18 inches? As long as you behind your assigned yardage and not past the next yardage you are doing exactly as the rule states.
Or does Stand on the yardage mean exactly on the yardage? Not behind it only on it. Well I don’t know about you but my feet are to big to stand exactly on the line and not in front of or behind. Unless the line is 6 inches or more wide. But then where is the line. The front of the line, the middle or where?
It comes down to the shooter must be behind the line. If you must be on the line you will have to disqualify my last 50,000 or so handicap targets. Actually all my targets because I don’t shoot any targets standing on the line whether it is 16, handicap or doubles. And I have never heard of anyone ever being penalized for standing behind the line.

It is a sad day. I have shot a lot of targets there. I have shot some really great scores. Not sure how many 100’s in doubles. I know Dave is getting worse. We have been friends for a lot of years. Even well before Darien. We bumped heads in doubles all over the place. Thank to Sheila for keeping it going this long. Hoping the new owners pick up the operations quickly without to many issues.

Right you are Ken. If a shooter wants to shoot at 20.5 that is totally up to them. If they are 20.0 yards and want to shoot from 20.75 have at it. As long as their feet are behind the 20 and either on or either side of the imaginary line through the station.

If I have my bearing right that is the east end of the building???? If it is what are the two little pads one of which Chops is standing on?
Any way you look at it. It looks good.

That would be nice also Ken. I forgot what it cost to be put in their book and or web site. But in this day the first place people go for any kind of search is to Google. So I really think this is the place to go. And it takes more than people searching for the Homegrounds to get it to the first couple of pages. Plus if people knew to search for the Homegrounds they all ready know about it. It needs to come up when people search for camping not by name.

                          Well done guys.
Now if it can be figured out how to get some advertising for the camp grounds. Like if you google camping in Adams county or Nekoosa Wi to have it come up on the first page or so.

                            It’s old. I put a 58 chevy 348 dual quads in it. I won’t raise no dust. I promise.

The thread Gordy was talking about but now I see this thread was started back in Feb. Ken what you doin reviving this old thread. You are really getting slow in your old age. Glad I’m not.

Amy. I think you have missed my meaning. When you know the campground you want to go to and it happens to be the Homegrounds your Google works fine. That is how people that know they want to go to the Homegrounds would do it. I know if I google “The Homeground RV park” it comes up. Just like if I googled any other camp grounds by name. But what happens when you google “camping in Adams county or camping near Rome Wisconsin”. This is how people that don’t know of the Homegrounds will find a campground in Adams county. It will come up but it is like the 15th camp grounds in the list. My questions is how do we get it up towards the top? Mike might be right but I am thinking it will take some advertising money to move up the list. I don’t know for sure. I haven’t a clue. All I know is if the Homegrounds were to come up in the top 3 when you google Camping in Adams county your occupancy will increase many fold. Every one knows that in this day and age nobody looks in the “yellow pages” any more. I don’t even know if they are around anymore.
